Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee field execution for large-scale projects in Juno Beach, Florida. With projects ranging from $200 million to $1.5 billion, this role requires strong leadership and coordination across various departments to ensure successful delivery. This is a long-term contract position that involves managing all aspects of project execution, from staffing and safety to commissioning and community relations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation for field execution.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Oversee contract administration, including reviewing agreements and ensuring compliance with terms.
• Create and implement detailed project management plans to guide execution phases.
• Monitor costs and budgets to ensure financial efficiency and mitigate overruns.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved within schedule.
• Uphold quality standards throughout all phases of project execution.
• Coordinate commissioning and start-up activities to prepare the facility for operations.
• Facilitate operations readiness by establishing systems and processes for smooth transitions.
• Act as the company representative, liaising with regulatory agencies and community stakeholders to maintain positive relations. Requirements • Proven experience in large-scale project management, preferably with budgets exceeding $200 million.
• Strong expertise in operations planning, cost management, and time management.
• Proficiency in contract administration and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with commissioning processes and facility start-up procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing public relations and corporate communications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and quality management systems.
• Competence in payment processing, supplier management, and authorization procedures.
