We're looking for a Product Owner who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and implementation. You will align technical teams with customer missions, ensuring that every sprint, feature, and release delivers measurable value. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Own the product roadmap, vision, backlog, and schedule ensuring development priorities align with company and customer strategy, objectives, and delivery timelines. 

Translate strategy into execution by defining actionable user stories and measurable goals. 

Engage with customers, users, and other stakeholders to collect requirements, gather feedback, and align expectations.  You are expected to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and user pain points. 

Facilitate agile workflows, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives. 

Understand GA-I3's strategy as it relates to the project and communicate this to the team.  Empower team to confidently make decisions using this knowledge.   

Work closely with Tech Leads to facilitate agile workflows, prioritize and plan team activities, and communicate with the appropriate customer points of contact. 

Collaborate across teams with UX/UI designers, QA, DevOps, and engineers to ensure smooth product development. 

Monitor performance by defining and tracking key metrics to measure product success. 

Ensure compliance with security and government contracting standards. 

Identify risks and dependencies early and work proactively to mitigate them. 

Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet production, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. 

May accomplish tasks through subordinate staff and/or indirect management.
