Project Manager/Sr. Consultant
Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Consultant to lead complex Oracle implementations, with a focus on finance and accounting transformations. This is a long-term contract position based in Dallas, Texas, offering the opportunity to oversee multiple high-impact projects and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in resource management, risk mitigation, and effective communication in large-scale enterprise environments. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. • Lead project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment, to achieve milestones efficiently. • Communicate project updates, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budgets. • Foster a collaborative environment by addressing challenges with a problem-solving mindset. • Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project to streamline processes. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements • A minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with a focus on Oracle implementations. • Strong expertise in finance and accounting processes, particularly in transformation initiatives. • Proficient in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud ERP, and other Oracle solutions. • Advanced skills in project management tools such as Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. • Proven ability to manage risks and deliver projects on time and within budget. • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to drive strategic alignment across teams.
