Description We’re looking for a Property Manager with affordable housing experience, but most importantly, we want someone with a warm, approachable personality who enjoys working with people. As our Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to the smooth operation of our affordable housing properties. With a mix of strategic thinking and day-to-day connection with residents and team members, this role is equal parts leadership and heart. We need someone who can navigate compliance and financials just as easily as they can earn trust and build solid relationships with tenants, staff, and the community. Requirements + A foundational understanding of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, etc.). + A knack for staying organized and managing multiple priorities like a pro. + Experience using property management tools like Yardi or AppFolio. (If not, we can train you!) + Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with people.
