Description We're on the lookout for an organized, motivated, and knowledgeable Property Manager with experience in affordable housing. As a Property Manager, you’ll wear many hats and play a key role in keeping things running smoothly. From overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with affordable housing programs to managing budgets and building strong relationships with residents, your role will be all about creating positive experiences for everyone involved. Here’s a look at what your day-to-day might include: + Keep properties in tip-top shape, making sure everything from leasing to maintenance is handled seamlessly. + Know the ins and outs of programs like LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8 and make sure everything stays compliant with the regulations. + Serve as a point of contact for tenant concerns, handle disputes, and build strong relationships to ensure residents feel heard and supported. Requirements + Solid understanding of affordable housing programs like LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8. + Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. + Experience with property management software like Yardi, AppFolio, or similar tools. + A leader who can motivate a team and maintain a positive work environment.
