Overview:
The Proposal Development Assistant provides foundational support in the collection, organization, and maintenance of resume and project information used in proposals. This role involves data entry, scheduling, and documentation in CRM and digital asset systems and helps ensure that technical team qualifications are accurate, well-organized, and easily accessible across the firm’s proposal efforts.
Responsibilities:
Assist in collecting and organizing resume and project information from the technical team.
Schedule and coordinate information-gathering sessions with technical staff.
Input and update data in the CRM system and ensure proper linkage to digital asset systems.
Maintain internal records and digital filing systems for resume and project content.
Support quality checks for grammar, formatting, and content consistency.
Perform general administrative tasks related to asset library upkeep and content updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Communications, Marketing, Business, English, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of administrative , marketing, or proposal-related experience (internships acceptable).
Strong attention to detail with solid writing and grammar skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
Comfortable interacting and collaborating with technical staff.
Reliable, organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime as needed.
