Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Phlebotomists to join our patient service center (PSC). In this role, you will be responsible for drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing within a PSC setting. You will ensure the proper collection and receipt of biological specimens, manage their entry into our computer system, prepare samples for analytical testing, and distribute them to the appropriate analytical area. This position also includes performing specified analytical tests as assigned, while adhering to the Code of Conduct.

ResponsibilitiesDraw blood and perform specimen processing in a PSC setting.Collect and receive biological specimens and accurately enter information into the computer system.Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the appropriate areas.Handle pre and post aspects of analytical testing.Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.Adhere to the Code of Conduct.Essential SkillsPrior phlebotomy experience, with a minimum of 1 year required.Experience in pediatrics and providing excellent customer service.Flexibility for opening shifts or high school diploma (HSD) required.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong personality and integrity are highly valued.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Work Environment

The work hours are Monday to Friday, with one position working from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and the other from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The company offers a supportive environment with opportunities for career advancement and a structured career ladder after six months of employment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
