Customer Support Specialist for Amino Acids
Candidate will be responsible for OIS liquid tank inventory management, customer order entry and invoicing

Responsibilities:Liquid Tank inventory management and scheduling within OIS & IBM.Work with trucking dispatch and 3rd party trans load locations to schedule customer deliveries.Work with the sales team on customer issues and price files.Set up new sold to/ship to customer information within MDM.Invoice orders through IBM pricing review or manual invoicing via IBM shipment functionReceive and process invoices from warehouses and transload locationsTroubleshoot customer deliveries when trucking capacity is tightEnter customer orders that come to shared inboxPrevious experience in a customer support role is beneficial, but not required.Must have good communication skills via email and phone and able to multi task.Strong problem solving skills and positive attitude.Prioritize daily work to take care of vendor and  customer needs and concerns.ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
