TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER
ADP, a global leader and specialist in payroll services and outsourced HR process management, is hiring a Test Automation engineer in the Marketplace ESI team.
Mission
Are you looking for a culture where you can bring your passions, put your unique skills to use and learn as much as possible? Are you a puzzle solver? Do you often see obstacles as opportunities and use logic and judgment to navigate or unravel challenges?
Does this sound like you?
Well, then you might just be the right person we're looking for.
ADP is hiring a Test Automation engineer in the Marketplace ESI team.
The Marketplace test engineer will be part of the Marketplace ESI HUB in Tunis.
Our win-as-one attitude: as a team we can move mountains!
Marketplace ESI started November 2019, and has been growing from Start-up to a Scale-up business. This requires team members who are demonstrating the willingness to learn, have a can-do mentality, are eager to get their hands dirty-feet wet, are flexible and agile.
To thrive in this career, you should be an expert in implementing Test Automation for enterprise applications, ideally using open-source technologies like Selenium. You will need to develop and drive automation test planning, cases, and strategy across several functional teams to ensure product quality and contribute to continuous integration and delivery efforts. Our best testers are enthusiastic creators who stay current on the latest technologies and practices. So, you have a desire to look for new ways to make tools better for our users.
Integrity, resilience, and creativity are must-haves in this job. As with any role supporting product development, you will deal with the double edge our scale creates while navigating matrixed teams to make a meaningful impact. However, challenges should inspire you to create something better, not weigh you down.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

You could be working on anything from supporting migrations to validating new features, product enhancements, or creating new test services. Learning: We're always learning new approaches, and you are comfortable learning as you go to find solutions. Challenges: We're working on products with tech we never used before. Inevitable challenges will arise, and we'll rely on you to look for creative solutions. A university degree is great but not required.
