**Overview**
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality processes in our secure lottery ticket printing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that all printed materials meet strict quality, regulatory, and security standards. The QA Lead will supervise quality technicians, coordinate inspections, and work closely with production and compliance teams to maintain the integrity of our products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and coordinate daily quality assurance activities across printing and finishing operations.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection protocols.
+ Supervise QA technicians and ensure consistent application of quality standards.
+ Conduct audits and inspections of printed lottery tickets to verify compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
+ Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
+ Collaborate with production, engineering, and security teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
+ Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation for audits.
+ Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
+ Ensure compliance with ISO standards, internal policies, and lottery commission regulations.
+ Support internal and external audits and customer inspections.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
**Experience:**
+ 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a printing or secure manufacturing environment.
**Skills:**
Solid understanding of quality systems, inspection techniques, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work in a high-security, high-accuracy environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
**Work Environment:**
Secure printing facility with controlled access and strict compliance requirements.
Requires use of PPE and adherence to safety and security procedures.
May involve standing for extended periods and working near printing equipment.

_At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $39,848 - $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable._
