Your Opportunity as Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Arkadelphia, AR

Work Arrangements: Monday – Friday, 7 am to 3 pm with the possibility of some Saturdays

In this role you will:  

Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished productsMonitor production lines to ensure processes comply with regulatory and company standardsRecord test results, identify deviations, and report corrective actionsCalibrate and maintain testing equipmentAssist with internal audits and third-party inspectionsCollaborate with production, sanitation, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issuesSupport root cause investigations and continuous improvement effortsVerify proper labeling, traceability, and allergen controlsCompletion of environmental sampling and coordinating hold process.Follow and enforce all safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

What we are looking for:  

Minimum Requirements: 

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or food science coursework preferredPrevious QA/QC or food manufacturing experience is a plusFamiliarity with HACCP, GMP, and SQF programs preferredStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksFlexible schedule, including availability for weekends or holidays as needed

Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:  

Role is based in a manufacturing facility with exposure to food ingredients and industrial equipmentRequires standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs for extended periodsPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required
