Job DescriptionThe Quality Engineer will support GM launch by ensuring the implementation of engineering changes, supplier changes, and process improvements in current production. This role focuses on risk assessment, validation, and compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements while minimizing production disruptions.

This position is on the Electric Motor side of the plant, which is in the same building as the shocks/struts but on a different side. It is a clean room environment and requires approximately 45 hours a week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required by job/project. The role involves working closely with a couple of new lines (primarily for GM) that arrived in June 2024. Travel up to 15% domestic and international to suppliers and customers may be required. The shift is 1st, from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. The plant is very large (800,000 square feet), and you may walk 10,000+ steps a day.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
