Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes through continuous improvement activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that our manufacturing processes meet engineering requirements by conducting capability studies and gauge R&R analysis. You will resolve quality issues using quality tools and continuous improvement methods, provide daily support to manufacturing value streams, and coordinate supplier corrective actions.
Responsibilities
+ Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing processes.
+ Ensure manufacturing processes meet engineering requirements through capability studies and gauge R&R analysis.
+ Resolve quality issues using quality tools and continuous improvement methods.
+ Provide daily support to manufacturing value streams, including audits and analysis to maintain quality standards.
+ Coordinate supplier corrective actions, document supplier issues, and work with procurement engineers to resolve problems.
+ Support New Product Introduction.

Work Environment
The work environment is typical of a manufacturing facility, being cold in the winter and hot in the summer. This is a 1st shift position in a very clean facility, offering the opportunity to work on interesting projects and custom orders. Employees enjoy a schedule of four 10-hour shifts a week with occasional overtime, which promotes a great work-life balance. We offer 10 days of PTO and 6 paid standard holidays
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $46.00/hr.
