Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Description

Lead the Quality Review Board process and collaborate with other technical leads to investigate, understand, and resolve customer feedback issues. Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, product management, quality, and supplier quality teams to understand customer and product requirements, design intent, and manufacturing processes to develop root cause of failure. Create, maintain, and report key performance measures (KPIs).

The role involves working 1/3 of the time at customer sites in the field, 1/3 in the factory with engineering, supplier quality, and project management teams, and 1/3 working independently on processes or reports. The position requires running a cross-functional team and quality council, including weekly meetings to discuss field data and problem-solving strategies. Travel across the US and Canada is required to support North American customers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
