This position is responsible for supporting the QMS coordinator, Quality Engineers and Quality Techs to help ensure that our quality processes comply with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive continuous improvement.
RequirementsEducation and Experience:
• High School Degree or equivalent required
• Working towards a degree in Engineering (quality, manufacturing, or process)
• Knowledge of ISO / IATF standards (e.g., ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) would be helpful

• Meticulous in reviewing and documenting quality documentation and ensuring accuracy.

Organizational Skills:
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Skilled in maintaining and organizing documentation and records and change management of those records.
Interpersonal Skills:
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
Technical Skills:
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Duties and Responsibilities:
• QMS Implementation & Maintenance:
• Coordinate updates of current documentation to bring them up to latest requirements
• Review and ensure accuracy of Work instructions, Procedures, Single Point Lessons and other forms
• Convert Process FMEAs from current Citrix based FMEA Pro-8 into AIAG CTS software
• Audit production floor for uncontrolled, obsolete or out of date documentation to ensure Aludyne’s compliance to IATF.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
• Works in a fast paced environment under minimum supervision. Routine responsibilities and duties involve the use of various procedures and the application of clearly prescribed standards of practice, requiring the use of good judgment. Must work with a high degree of accuracy.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
• Sitting 70% -80% of the time; walking, standing.
• PC exposure and usage
• There is no travel required to fulfill this position.
