Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Plan consultations with suppliers

Organize budgets and control cost maps

Analyze technical documents (written and drawn)

Measure construction works

Prepare project proposals

Coordinate extra work with the Project Manager

Identify errors and omissions

🛠️ Job Description:

Plan and prepare consultations with suppliers with the inclusion of construction details, quantities and quality of materials to be applied, in line with what is defined in C&W's project and policy;

Systematize and organize budgets (compound and auxiliary prices) in budgeting control maps;

Technical analysis of the written and drawn parts of the processes for budgeting and works in progress;

Measurement of works;

Preparation of proposals;

Analysis and composition of extra work, in line with the Project Manager;

Analysis of errors and omissions.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (Ideally but not mandatory)

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in budgeting, technical analysis, or project coordination

Solid knowledge of construction processes, materials, and documentation

Proficiency in MS Excel and budgeting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Presto, or similar tools)

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good communication skills and team spirit

Fluency in english / Portuguese native
