Summary Job title: Quotations Specialist - Switchgear Job ID: 202582500004 Department: Springfield - APE Location: OH-Springfield Description Summary: The Switchgear Quotations Specialist works closely with our Sales Team & Customers to quote and coordinate pre-bid takeoffs. The position is customer-facing and requires great customer service skills as well as technical expertise. Quotations Specialist will be soliciting pricing from vendors and multi-tasking multiple project bid opportunities. Our Gear specialist will work daily designing, bidding, estimating, and project managing large commercial, residential, and industrial projects throughout the Dayton, OH marketplace. Experience with SQD and it's suite of software is preferred. Reports to: Inside Sales Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Competence with Square D Electrical Equipment - Estimating and layout design + A minimum of one year of customer service experience + Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems + Familiarity with Office Suite software + Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelors Degree in Construction management or related field Working Conditions: + Working conditions will be standard for an office environment & warehouse.
