**Summary**
Chenega SSBU is seeking an **Intern** for Summer 2025. You will support one, or more departments and provide assistance with a variety of tasks including Finance, HR, Contracts Administration, Procurement, Facilities and Business Development.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review paperwork for submission to the corporate office for final processing and participate in other employment activities including remote site transition of new or existing contracts.
+ Work with managers to assist in administrative activities.
+ Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
+ Maintain and track digital and hard copy filing systems.
+ Update calendars, directories, and schedule meetings.
+ Compile and maintain reporting required by law or corporate policy.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program as a rising junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc).
_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_
+ Be able to scan and index documents.
+ Ability to provide excellent customer support to internal and external customers.
+ Be meticulous in details and understand the value of completing a task correctly.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet strict timelines.
