MAU is hiring a Recruiting Leader in Florence, KY. As a Recruiting Leader, you will serve as the on-site recruitment expert for one of MAU’s most established client accounts, providing end-to-end support for all staffing initiatives with a strong customer-centric focus. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Benefits Package Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great work environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional supplemental benefit programs 401k Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA available after 12 months of service Shift Information Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required as needed Career Path Regional Manager Director Other Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience Associate’s Degree 4+ years of recruiting experience Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Experience recruiting in manufacturing environments General Requirements Strong organizational and detail orientation Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation Assertive, outgoing personality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Comfortable interfacing with client HR departments and hiring managers Essential Functions Serve as the primary liaison with the client’s HR and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the recruitment process Review and optimize job descriptions; coordinate qualification meetings to clarify hiring needs Provide weekly updates on requisitions, candidate pipelines, and interview outcomes Facilitate post-interview debriefs and manage exempt offer processes, including acceptance and follow-up Post positions in TalentHub and job boards; review applications and facilitate interviews Manage pre-employment testing, offer letters, candidate dispositioning, and post-hire surveys Support both exempt and non-exempt hiring, ensuring compliance with client standards and timelines Coordinate the hiring, onboarding, and payroll administration of onsite contractors Maintain contractor headcount reports; address employee relations; manage offboarding and exit processes Oversee recruitment and onboarding for co-ops and international interns Organize orientation, events, and travel for school-based recruiting Track program metrics and provide ongoing support for student employees Facilitate onboarding for all external hires, including medical screenings and first-day logistics Prepare and present reports for client and MAU staffing meetings Manage temp-to-perm conversions and assist with cross-functional recruitment and employee support Support internal reporting (billing, metrics) and perform other tasks as assigned Work Environment and Physical Demands Professional office environment with standard office equipment May include visits to client manufacturing sites with industrial equipment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours Ability to sit for up to 4 hours Travel Less than 15%
