**This position is for work in a hybrid format, in Santiago, Chile.**
**Who will you be working with?**
A Regional Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring successful project execution by collaborating with diverse stakeholders. They work closely with project teams—including engineers, technicians, and specialists—to drive technical implementation. Additionally, they coordinate with local and regional leadership to align project objectives with broader business goals.
The role also involves maintaining effective communication and reporting with clients and stakeholders, managing vendor and contractor relationships for equipment and services, and working alongside support teams to ensure seamless administrative and technical assistance.

**What will your typical day look like?**
A Regional Project Manager’s day typically includes planning, communication, execution, problem-solving, strategy, and reporting. They begin with project reviews, team meetings, and stakeholder updates, followed by site visits, risk assessments, and resource coordination.
The role focuses on performance tracking, process improvements, and issue resolution, while part of the day involves reporting, escalation management, and strategic planning. The day ends with follow-ups, scheduling, and preparation for upcoming tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
**Travel Requirements**
A Regional Project Manager frequently travels to project sites, client meetings, vendor locations, and regional offices. They may also attend industry events and training sessions, with potential international travel for global projects.
