Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to bring your expertise and passion as our Regional Vice President of Finance! The Regional Vice President of Finance is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial performance of a region. This position partners with the regional operations teams, property leaders, and central accounting office (CAO) to drive financial results, ensure compliance, and support overall business strategy. The RVP of Finance provides high-level financial oversight, forecasts, budgeting, and analysis to optimize profitability and operational performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Included, but not limited to, are the following: other duties may be assigned. Provide strategic guidance to improve the financial performance of the properties through financial analysis. Collaborate with ownership as needed to address and resolve escalated accounting-related issues. Oversee the monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations and regularly review the system of internal controls at each property. Ensure property Directors of Finance effectively attract, hire, train, mentor, and retain top talent in alignment with company standards, culture, and service expectations Assist properties in addressing and resolving issues raised by the Central Accounting Office. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Four-year college degree, with a major in accounting/finance. At least 10 years of Accounting or finance experience, preferably within hotel accounting vertical. Experience operating in a centralized accounting environment preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None LANGUAGE SKILLS Strong written and verbal communication skills REASONING / ORGANIZATION Possesses strong organizational and project management skills, is multi-task oriented, and has a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering on goals #LI-CG1 Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $163,000.00/Yr. - $227,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
