QualificationsRegulatory Practitioner is responsible for serving as the plant SQF Practitioner and the plant ISO Management Representative. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and
maintenance of Safe Quality Food (SQF) programs to ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintaining an effective quality management system. The Regulatory Practitioner
will also serve as a backup to the document specialist role as needed.
Jackson Plant SQF Practitioner:
Oversee the development, implementation, review, management, and maintenance of the plant’s Food Packaging Safety Programs including SQF System.Communicate to relevant personnel all information essential to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the SQF System.Take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of the SQF System.Validate changes to Food Packaging Safety Fundamentals and HACCP Plan that have an impact on the ability to deliver safe, quality food packaging.Responsible for the validation and verification of the following SQF requirements: Pre-requisite programs, Critical control points, Critical packaging safety limits, Monitoring activitiesSampling, inspection and analysis for Food Packaging Safety, Schedule and lead internal audits for Food Packaging SafetyEnsure SQF training is conducted for required team members within plant.
Jackson Plant ISO Management Representative:
The authority & responsibility to promote the awareness of customer requirements & expectations throughout the organization.Jackson plant Document Control Administrator (CPro).Coordinates & Schedules the management review meetings.Facilitate the plant quality internal audit programs.Act as the liaison with ISO Auditors relating to the Quality Management System.Document Specialist:
Check JDE online schedule for upcoming orders in manufacturing.Prepare & issue batch files to IBM production after review & entering into Access Database.Review completed batch files & electronic records for GDP, completeness, accuracy & correctness.Ensure all holds have proper documentation of dispositions & follow through in JDEReport any non-conformances &/or issues resulting in stop shipments to traffic clerk, front line leader/management.Manage the proper storage & archive of each batch record.Review shipping documents with batch record to issue Certificate of Compliances/Analysis for required shipments.Any other tasks as assigned.Must follow and comply with Safety & Quality Absolutes.Must follow and comply with all ISO 9001, Food Safety, and ISO 15378 established requirements.Must follow all regulatory laws and guidelines.
