SALARY: $104,800 - 124,450

ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Reliability Manager out of our Cartersville, Georgia Brewery you will be responsible for the reliability of maintenance processes on all Brewhouse and Fermenting equipment. This position works closely with the maintenance team to create sustainable programs to improve equipment uptime while controlling maintenance costs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the brewery in achieving their targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in the maintenance department and ensure continuous improvementImplementation of best practices and compliance in the executionServe as “Resident Expert” on technical issues and six-sigma problem solvingSupport the coordination/prioritization of advanced training delivery for tradesActively coaching and mentoring plant personnel to increase expertiseResponsible for ensuring the maintenance  plans are well understood and executed by allSupporting Capex (capital expenditure) plan and building economic business cases as requiredProviding support to packaging and quality departments in reducing consumer complaints, quality incidents and hectoliters of non qualityUpdate the Maintenance Reporting System and providing trainingAssurance of equipment reliability; preventative and continual maintenance
 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree - Mechanical Engineering or Science with a technical background preferred5 years of experience managing maintenance best practices, policies and proceduresKnowledge of brewing, maintenance, quality controls an assetExperience with coaching and training skilled trades in a unionized environmentSolid understanding of mechanical/electrical controls and automation systemsStrong verbal and written communication skillsSound analytical skills to develop/understand business casesExcellent computer skills; use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is an asset
