Reliability Service Engineer

As our Reliability Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support in implementation, commissioning and lifecycle services of Emerson reliability solutions, this role will be instrumental in this fast-growing reliability business.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Provide technical support to Emerson sales team and clients Facilitate project delivery of asset reliability solutions Deliver training courses on the asset reliability solutions Ensure availability of cloud infrastructure for SaaS deployments Use procedures and templates from Service Management Office (SMO) and Project Management Office (PMO) for applicable work scope General networking and cybersecurity knowledge Ensure all work is carried out safely Ensures timely execution of planned service activities, assessment, repairs, warranties and goodwill work.  Undertakes or advances technical investigations in response to customer or department's requirements Provides technical advice to customers utilizing Global Support Center for difficult matters & following up to make sure problems are resolved. Work closely with key customer contacts to develop training plans for their workforce Win customer’s confidence through excellent service.  Updating technical know-how about solutions through own initiatives and company sponsored training To complete appropriate documentation for all technical tasks and submit in timely manner Utilise and fully support all Emerson required systems (CRM/Outlook/Timesheets/Oracle, etc.)

For This Role, You Will Need:

Trade Certificate (electrical/mechanical) or tertiary qualification  Technical experience in the purpose of Condition based Maintenance (CbM) programs applied to rotating assets Experience in online vibration protection & surveillance monitoring systems Experience with Emerson AMS Machinery Manager software & AMS 2130/40 vibration analysers Fault finding, diagnostic and analytical skills
