Summary: We are seeking an early-career Repair and Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and continuous improvement of high-performance equipment and processes in a dynamic test and operations environment. This role is ideal for individuals with up to 2 years of hands-on experience who are eager to develop expertise in electromechanical systems, process maintenance, and PLC/software controls. Key Responsibilities: * Apply developing technical knowledge to resolve complex maintenance and process issues across test and production equipment * Assist engineers in troubleshooting and supporting electromechanical systems and software applications * Perform preventative maintenance (PMs), system calibrations, and repair tasks independently * Support and execute PLC/Controls programming, code writing, and system diagnostics * Manage spare parts inventory and recommend improvements to reduce equipment downtime * Participate in workflow analysis and propose efficiency improvements for processes and equipment usage * Maintain and contribute to documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance metrics
