What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health
 
Responsible for providing services to customers by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and order problem/dispute resolution.
 

Shift: Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm EST
 

Responsibilities:

Offer professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-HomeSupport an inbound call queue, providing assistance in placing orders, searching products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and answering questionsProvide problem resolution for order issues in a timely mannerDemonstrate excellent communication skillsMust be able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented mindsetDemonstrate a passion for healthcareStrong organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:

High school diploma preferred2-4 years' experience in Customer Service preferredPrior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required

Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasksWorks on routine assignments that require basic problem resolutionRefers to policies and past practices for guidance, including usage of SOP's and written instructions.Receives general direction on standard work; receives detailed instruction on new assignmentsConsults with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problemsMust maintain a distraction free workspace.

Anticipated hourly range: $15.00 per hour -$22.57 per hour
