Job Description
Purpose:
Working with the PI and the graduate students at the Land, Air, and Space Robotics laboratory to execute engineering functions involved in the research activities of the USSF Space Strategic Technical Institute (SSTI) In Space Operations (ISO). The candidate will mentor graduate students to also execute functions of the Space University Research Initiative (SURI) projects on Space Domain Awareness (SDA). In addition to research project execution and dissemination of key research results through conference and archival journal publications, they will also foster research development opportunities by working closely with the PI on research proposals. The candidate will also facilitate close collaborations with NASA Johnson Space Center's Gateway mission design analysis and trajectory optimization group. They will also revitalize TEES' cooperative agreement with NASA and facilitate student interactions and professional development.
Responsibilities:

What we need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Six years of related experience.
