Job Summary

Summary<br>Provides a variety of duties to support the departmental needs. Depending in the intern assignment, tasks can vary from laboratory and research assistance.<br><br>Does this position require Patient Care?<br>No<br><br>Essential Functions<br>-Assists with in-person data collection. <br>
-Assists with research experiences. <br>
-Prepares for study visits including organizing paperwork, setting up equipment, and preparing study materials. <br>
-Assists with subject scheduling. <br>
-Assists with other research-related office tasks as needed. <br>
-Processes collected data. <br>


 

Qualifications

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Prior experience in an office and/or research/laboratory setting 0-1 year preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- MS Office proficiency as well as the ability to learn how to use new software as needed.
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills, with research staff, children, and subject families.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
- An ability to work independently to schedule, plan, and complete subject visits.
