Residential Supervisor - Overnights
Location: Greenfield, NH | Program: Crotched Mountain School (CMS), a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire

Join a mission-driven team that supports students ages 5–21 with autism and developmental disabilities. As a Residential Supervisor, you’ll oversee direct care staff, guide residential programming, and ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment on our beautiful 1,400-acre campus.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and support Residential Counselors, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
Maintain staff schedules, ensure shift coverage, and manage time-off and attendance
Lead residential programming, including student advocacy, skills groups, and behavior supports
Serve as Team or Campus In-Charge, responding to campus needs and ensuring safety protocols
Monitor policy compliance, staff-student interactions, and therapeutic interventions
Administer medications and complete required documentation and incident reports
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for students and staff
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree + 1 year in human services
(OR associate degree + 2 years, OR 4 years of experience with a high school diploma/GED)
Leadership skills with a calm, professional presence
Strong communication, documentation, and team-building abilities
Physical readiness for an active, shift-based environment
Willingness to model positive behavior and manage sensitive topics respectfully
