Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Assess, plan, implementing and evaluate staff development activities for respiratory therapy service. + Collaborate with manager and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of staff. + Develop, implement, and evaluate educational plan/program and utilize methods, measurement and tool to evaluate achievement of learning goals. + Serve as a consultant for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice, and professional development. + Participate in the coordination and continuity of orientation programs. + Evaluate respiratory practice and treatment based on patient outcome. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior tohire date or job transfer date required. + Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board forRespiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. + Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy ofPediatrics (AAP) preferred.
