Job Description – Retail Field Communications coordinator
The Retail Field Communications Team support all aspects of daily operations, including support in planning of communication both to and from stores across the EU estate, corporate initiatives, feedback and proposed enhancements to our current communication channels. The team also supports stores in all areas of Operations, and works to improve documentation, policies and procedures and management of Store workload.

You are reliable, self-motivated and have strong communication skills. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are fashion-curious and capable of multi-tasking and prioritising in a demanding environment.
What You’ll Do:
Support Manager on maintenance of Retail Calendar planning for EU to ensure business units and stores are aware of key events and deliverables across Europe
Engage with Operations team members in weekly calls & through direct store visits to understand and keep abreast of current situations within the Field
Manage and maintain various information through administrate tasks
Maintain proficient level knowledge of all in-store systems
Maintain expert knowledge across all Operational policies & procedures
Oversee content & publishing of all communication to the field including – workload, announcements and relevant documents the communication platform
Manage 52 week communications cadence to stores
Build and maintain exceptional channels of communication with all corporate partners/teams
Support communication to Retail Field Management as necessary to gain buy-in and understanding of any new policy/procedure/rollout
Own personal goal setting & delivery on operational projects
Oversee and lead further development of Product Knowledge and roll-out to stores
Coordinate any translation needs across training documentation, including policies, procedures & necessary training tools
Partner with Line Manager and L & D on developing new training with the L & D platform to be delivered to stores
Support in development of all operational policies, procedures & training
Support Field Rollouts as required and additional ad hoc training needs
Partner with Store Mangers and District Managers on all levels
Partner with Line Manager and Operations Coordinators to gain feedback on training tools/store resources in field
You’ll Need to Have:
Head Office experience in Retail Operations and Communications required
Experience working in a retail environment is beneficial
Excellent Communication (Written and verbal), accuracy and strong attention to detail
Proficient in PowerPoint, InDesign, Page Tiger, Word & Excel
Able to communicate effectively and across the company hierarchy
Able to manage & independently prioritise workload
Ability to travel, as this position requires approximately 10% travel
