We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** We are seeking an ER Flow Facilitator RN to join our healthcare team. Your primary function is to be responsible for the overall movement of patients in a safe and efficient manner. This position will facilitate all patient care activities and be a liaison with the Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse and attending to ensure that care can be delivered in an efficient and safe manner. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner. **In this role you will** **:** + Demonstrate knowledge and application of the nursing process. + Work in conjunction with the ER providers and admitting physicians to determine the appropriate admission status and level of care. + Facilitate and foster communication, patient flow, staff support, regulatory compliance, care coordination, transfers, and policy and process development. + Coordinate care delivery within the organization. + Identify process gaps, coordinate change strategies, and assist in implementation of change management. **Job Requirements** **:** + Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing Required, Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred + Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. + BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start + 3+ years of experience as an RN in an ED setting required HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital is a purpose-guided healthcare provider. We provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, and inpatient and outpatient surgery. Other services include cardiac catheterization, laboratory, pharmacy, and a full range of support services. Our Emergency Department (ED) is approximately 14,500 square feet. Our ED consists of 22 private treatment rooms, an EMS entrance, and a helicopter pad.
