Weyerhaeuser is searching for a Safety Manager to join our new Timberstrand facility in Monticello, AR. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position and reports directly to the Mill Manager with a dotted line to the Regional Safety Liaison or designate.

Key Functions:
Role model our core values: Safety, Integrity, Citizenship, Sustainability and Inclusion.Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of systems and procedures to assure the safety of all personnel, contractors, and the facility.Responsible for monitoring and controlling execution of the organization's safety standards to ensure compliance with OSHA and State regulations.Develop and deliver effective safety training programs.
