Overview We're Hiring: Safety Trainer | Build a Culture of Safety Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 Annually On-site in Mokena, IL Do you have a passion for safety and a knack for engaging training? As a key player on our Safety team, you'll help shape the culture of safety at our company—far beyond just meeting compliance standards. You'll deliver dynamic safety training, support new hire orientations, and ensure we’re meeting OSHA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements while keeping safety top-of-mind for everyone from drivers to office staff. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience delivering group training (safety-related a big plus!) What You'll Do: Collaborate with the Safety Training Manager to develop, improve, and deliver safety training programs Facilitate weekly new hire safety orientation sessions Lead engaging training on topics like OSHA 10/30, CPR/First Aid, Forklift Safety, Confined Space Entry, and more Track and document all training to ensure compliance and improvement Drive a safety-first mindset through creative communication and behavior-based safety observations
