Sales Executive

City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a Sales Executive for our location in Fort Wayne. We are looking for an experienced sales professional, that consistently prospects for new business, and sells with confidence and integrity while having a deep understanding of our clients’ needs!

Our mission at City Wide Facility Solutions of Fort Wayne is to build environments that elevate people! That includes our customers, vendors, independent contractors, and of course our employees!

The primary responsibility is for Sales Executives to target new clients in their assigned territory, closing the sale and working closely with account managers who will then maintain the life of those relationships!

Pay includes:

Base Salary Monthly car allowance uncapped commissions and any bonuses

Targeted at $70k- 100k total compensation for your first year! 2nd year target $120-150k+

Essential Functions: Monday- Friday/ Hybrid- Remote- Fieldwork

Find and research businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services. Prospect new clients daily and schedule qualified appointments. Prepare quotes, figure out the logistics of each sale, and negotiate contracts. Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, including – scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments set. Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management. Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets as set by management. Send all City Wide information requested by prospects along with thank you notes and follow-up letters whenever appropriate. Other duties, as necessary.
