About the Role

As the sales manager of E-Commerce, Consumer Audio, you will be responsible for the sales of Consumer Audio. You need to develop annual and quarterly e-commerce sales plans, collaborate with sales teams to manage platform promotions, and familiar with JD. com’s operational models (SOP & POP).

What You Will Do

Develop annual and quarterly e-commerce sales plans, manage distributors and their stores to execute business strategies, and achieve company sales targets.  Responsible for establishing and managing the JD POP (Platform Open Plan) channel, overseeing authorized stores, and continuously improving their operational capabilities to meet business growth requirements.  Plan and implement promotional campaigns for authorized stores in alignment with platform promotions and the company’s overall e-commerce marketing strategy.  Continuously evaluate the company’s and key competitors’ market performance, effectively utilize platform and company resources to enhance and expand market share.  Collaborate with sales teams to manage platform promotions, foster a healthy competitive environment, and prevent conflicts between channels.  Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to manage content output and advertising for authorized stores.  

What You Need to Be Successful

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience in digital consumer electronics; must have independent sales and channel management experience.  Familiar with JD.com’s operational models (SOP & POP), especially in audio products (e.g., speakers, headphones).  Outgoing, logical, responsible, open to new ideas, with strong learning and innovation abilities.  Strong professional ethics and teamwork spirit; must maintain confidentiality of company and customer data.  Excellent communication and customer service skills.  Strong negotiation skills to secure platform resources effectively.  Proactive, dedicated, resilient, and able to work under pressure.  Capable of working independently and solving problems with critical thinking.
