Overview ... Overall responsibility for sales and marketing of Proseal business in Australia and New Zealand, to drive sales achievement in the market. The Opportunity ... Working with Proseal existing distributors to understand the install base and explore further opportunities with them for tray sealing and JBT (DF&H + Protein) portfolio equipment. Working closely with existing customers, offering Customer Care programs, upgrades, enhancements and so forth. Mine JBT Marel customer base to unearth potential tray seal opportunities leveraging the good working relationships that exist within JBT Marel. Feed Proseal UK with all enquiries and leads from any source – receive feedback and follow up with offers to customers whilst maintaining business management systems. Leverage market information, identify, implement business strategies, and make plans in line with corporate strategies to grow the targeted market segment Plan and implement key account strategies to strengthen business relationships with major current and high potential customers Be a team player and cooperate with information sharing across other departments such as Project Management, Applications and Regional Customer Care /Service Responsible reporting through weekly updates and reliable forecasting (opportunity and pipeline data) Regular progress meetings with Proseal UK / division and JBT Marel APAC Working with Proseal existing distributors to understand the install base and explore further opportunities with them for tray sealing and JBT (DF&H + Protein) portfolio equipment.
