What You Will Do
Act as main driver to increase car audio take rates at all OEM group brandsExecution of marketing activities, presence at the customer and maintenance of customer contactsResponsibility for market analysis, observation and research in relation to car audio productsPreparation of strategic concept descriptions and price indications as well as preparation of technical and commercial offers and conducting negotiationsInterface with the customer's marketing department, identification of business potential and development of suitable measures to increase customer satisfaction, sales and market presenceBuild strong and sustainable relationships with the customer: OEM sales channels, Dealer management teams, Fleet business responsible and supporting functions focused on driving the revenue growth of Branded Audio and Connected Car productsDevelop a deep understanding of the customer specific go-to-market approach (post engineering and purchasing) globally and navigate their priorities to develop strategic plans that promote the joint agendaAct as the primary Harman contact and consultant with these teams for strategic joint growth plans, and building compelling joint- value proposition-oriented programsDrive idea generation internally for creating disruptive and out-of-the-box ideas to help deliver revenue growth. Own pitching these ideas to the customer and seeking approval and support for programs from the customerWork closely with the CAMs and Marketing to execute best-in-class plans, including dealer and customer programs. Monitor and report internally and to the customer on the success of programsLead program management function for these programs. Develop detailed project plans, including campaign goals, disruptive ideas, action plans and success metrics for all the programsReporting to the customer and CAM management at Director levelWhat You Need
7+ years of relevant work experience in partner management, business development, sales or demand generation marketing with focus on car audioExperience working with an OEM.Experience designing and executing joint plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprintPossess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the customer ecosystemDemonstrated experience in working with sales leaders in driving pipeline and revenueExcel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for actionMotivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving businessAnalytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possibleVery strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detailFluent English and German language skills are mandatoryStrong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organizationExcellent time management skillsWillingness to travelWhat We Offer

Salary Ranges:
