Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, developing territory strategies, and achieving revenue growth across the Gainesville, Ocala, Deland, Daytona and surrounding areas. Essential functions:
Provide professional, organized, and effective sales leadership to Sales Executives. Responsible for holding the Sales Executives accountable for all City Wide policies, including the behaviors required to achieve the results needed to accomplish the sales goals. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Responsible for meeting your own personal sales objectives as defined in your compensation plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead regional sales strategy, pilot new initiatives, and drive consistent revenue growth Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team through ongoing coaching and performance management Serve as a hands-on selling manager, actively managing a top account list Oversee CRM usage and optimize sales processes using City Wide’s technology tools Review and approve sales bids, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation Build strong client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and market expansion Monitor sales metrics and align team goals with broader business objectives Stay current on industry trends and share insights to improve strategy and execution
