What You'll Do:Connect with customers in a relaxed, friendly way to help them find the right vehicleGuide guests through the Subaru lineup, highlighting the value, style, and safety of our vehiclesStay in the know on our inventory, features, and financing optionsBuild relationships and provide top-notch service before, during, and after the saleRepresent Subaru and the Love Promise through community involvement and a customer-first mindsetWhat We’re Looking For:Retail, hospitality, or service experience preferred (but not required—we train the right vibe!)Strong communication and people skillsIntegrity, positivity, and a self-starter mindsetWillingness to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive teamA valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480 to $121,200, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
