A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists. **What You’ll Do** + **Introduce Products to Customers:** • Learn and introduce the company’s full product portfolio to customers such as pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, private clinics, and private medical practices. Product introduction includes the trade name, active ingredient dosage, uses/advantages of the product, dosage, and pricing. • Present promotional programs (if any) to support product sales in accordance with the company’s sales policies. + **Achieve Sales Targets & Market Coverage:** • Conduct daily sales visits following a scheduled sales route. During these visits, the medical sales representative (MSR) must wear the uniform and display professional behavior expected of the role. • Implement sales activities and promotional programs to customers. Handle transactions, order processing, and coordinate resolution of any issues arising during the sales process. • Explore and acquire new customers to increase sales and expand market coverage in line with the company’s growth goals. • Maintain and develop customer relationships to meet customer needs. + **Coordinate Debt Collection from Customers:** • Work with the accounting and delivery teams to follow up on customer debt collection, especially overdue accounts. • Encourage and promote cash-on-delivery purchases to customers, allowing them to receive cash discounts as per company policy. + **Planning and Reporting:** • Report daily, weekly, and monthly on sales visit outcomes and sales performance, with recommendations to address customer needs and boost sales. • Report customer complaints and grievances. • Report competitor information (if any). **Required Qualifications** • Graduated from college or university majoring in Pharmacy/Medicine. • Have knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sales Management. • Be responsible and enthusiastic in work. • Be mature, confident, able to work independently under high intensity and pressure, work with a high sense of responsibility. • Communication: meets requirements. • Use office computers: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
