Administrative support person to coordinate, register and track training classes with some manual labour tasks, like packing and shipping documenting and gear for training classes for our Avon location.
Major Position Responsibilities Provides administrative and clerical support to the sales team. Assists with a variety of sales activities including order input, meeting scheduling and maintenance of sales literature inventory.
Provides customer service regarding products and pricing. Generates and distributes reports regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings.
Additional Responsibilities
Administrative support person to coordinate training classes and manage documentation and material for training classes in our Avon Location. As well as administrative responsibilities including regulatory and operational items.Assisting Training Manager in scheduling classes. Create and disseminate all information and materials related to; customer interaction and training courses. Including student rosters, invoices, material requirements and outside services needed. Manage all account receivable and payable transactions for the site, including documentation and follow up.Accurate and timely information and responses to all internal functions regarding changes, new product, updated procedures, and related order statuses. Coordinate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding FTZ, FET, BATFE, Transportation (others) in a timely and accurate manner.Upload and input Distributor PO’s submitted thru the Simunition On Line Portal. Review items and confirm availability. Email order confirmations to the Distributor.Email FTZ to submit to BATF for import application. Update Excel Tracker Report.Submit application permits to BATF for orders received from Distributor that applies to FTZ Product.Distributor interaction via emails / telephoneCoordinate and interact with the warehouse in NY dailyCustomer ServiceOther duties as assigned and required on a day-to-day basis.Manage all tasks related to customer orders from inception to close. Process orders, calculate S&H fees for each order, email packing lists to warehouse and FTZ counterpart.

Knowledge, skills & abilities: Meeting Scheduling and Logistics. Order Processing. Sales Administration. Sales Reporting. Customer RelatiCritical professional related technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred education and experience: Associate's Degree
Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Travel:
No or very little travel likely.
