Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO AS CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE Member/Guest Service: Provides members/guests with various professional hair services, including Hair Cuts, Blow Dry, Updo and Wedding Hair services, includes in-room guest service. Demonstrates effective problem solving skills to resolve guest concerns at early stages or refers to a manager for further assistance. Retail: Educates guests about individual Hair Care needs and maintains retail sales quotas according to Salon Retail Policy. Compliance: Adheres to Texas Cosmetology Board safety and cleanliness standards. Maintains upkeep of Hair Areas, work station and equipment. Thoroughly disinfects all points of guest physical contact while at the station with sanitizing spray or wipes to include discarding of any items left behind by member/guest. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL Cosmetology license or similar beauty license in Texas Must have completed professional cosmetologist education by accredited school and complete continued education as required by Cosmetology Board. Associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required.
