**What you’ll do**
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Program Management (Summer 2025)
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Expected Start and End Date: 16 June 2025 to 22 August 2025
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an intern to support one of SAP’s Focus Programs.
The intern will play a critical role in supporting the adoption initiatives with SAP’s prime customers as well as serve as a liaison between services, product engineering and marketing.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to be part of a customer centric and forward-thinking team dedicated to providing exceptional service and engagement experiences. It also offers the opportunity to be at the forefront materializing SAP’s strategy and innovation products with SAP’s prime customers.
+ Assist in the execution of SAP Focus Program
+ Create and deliver high-quality presentations for review by the Executive
+ Facilitate communication and collaboration across several departments
+ Keep program leadership informed on the progress of ongoing programs
+ Develop new content to deliver prescriptive services to execute customer adoption at scale
+ Work with product engineering and marketing for continuous feedback
**What you bring**
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Education: Business, Economics and related fields
Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment. Expertise in the Data, Analytics or AI domain is a plus.

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 24-39 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
