Job Title: SAP SCM Analyst (Hybrid)

Hours/Schedule: M-F 8-5
Compensation: $45 - $50.50/hr DOQ

Join an exciting team driving innovation in Supply Chain Management (SCM) through smart, scalable solutions and expert system support. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing SAP ECC and SharePoint systems, ensuring seamless process flows, and supporting critical business functions across production, planning, and master data management.
Responsibilities
Business Systems Analysis & SAP Support
Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to align with overall business strategy
Design and implement robust solutions within SAP ECC (MM, PP modules) and SharePoint
Provide SAP production support including configuration changes, security authorization updates, and end-user training
Participate in SAP implementations and rollouts, identifying and executing system improvement opportunities
Document and maintain support and training materials for end users
SCM Key User Responsibilities
Optimize and support SCM and production-related processes in SAP and master data modules
Provide first-level support for SAP process or system-related inquiries
Support go-lives and enhancement rollouts, including qualification and validation activities
Monitor CAPAs and change requests related to SCM and production systems
Oversee role-based access control and audit trail management for SCM modules
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including quality, production, and global/local IS
Master Data & SharePoint Management
Manage and maintain accurate master data processes across SCM functions
Serve as key user and administrator for business analyst SharePoint sites
Collect requirements, develop documentation, and train end-users on SharePoint use
Provide ongoing support for business-critical SharePoint platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 4 years of subject matter expertise in SAP ECC or comparable ERP systems
Strong understanding of SCM, production, and master data processes
Experience creating business process flows and functional requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Experience in the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry highly desirable
MBA and at least 2 years of experience preferred
Ability to work on a hybrid schedule with on-site presence as required
