And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. **We are looking for:** A highly skilled **SAP HR Technical Integration Specialist** with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing integrations between SAP Finance and Treasury, SAP Payroll (outsourced), and third-party time management systems. This also includes other HR Applications such as Helix ITSM, xECM, PowerDocs, Cornestrone, MyID, Qualtrics. Ideally, you will have expertise in working with IDocs, SAP Process Orchestration (PO), Managed File Transfer (MFT), and SAP WebMethods middleware. **We count on you for:** + Map AS IS Integration Landscape. + Identify key stakeholders to secure future interfaces with the new Syensqo Payroll System. + Middleware Management: + Ensure secure and efficient data transfer using MFT solutions such as SAP WebMethods. + Technical Implementation: + Challenge existing technical specifications and implement end-to-end integration workflows. + Coordinate test and troubleshoot integration scenarios to ensure optimal performance. + Contribute to test + Support and Troubleshooting: + Provide ongoing support for integration issues, including monitoring and resolving technical challenges to maintain system stability.. + Collaboration with functional teams to diagnose and address system issues related to integrations will be key. + Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: + Work closely with all appropriate teams (Success Factors, Payroll, Finance & Treasury, etc…), developers, and business stakeholders to secure Clone & Clean activities. + Coordinate with third-party vendors for seamless integration with external systems. + Documentation and Training: + Maintain detailed technical documentation for all integrations and workflows. + Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as required. **You will bring:** **Experience & Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. + Proven experience in SAP technical integration, with expertise in: + SAP Finance and Treasury. + SAP Payroll and Local Time Management. + Integration with third-party time management systems. + Other HR Applications. + Hands-on experience with IDocs, SAP PO, and MFT (SAP WebMethods). + Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and integration best practices. + Experience with middleware tools for managing complex integrations. + Proficiency in troubleshooting integration issues and debugging IDocs. + Fluent in English. **Nice to have:** + SAP certification preferred in relevant areas (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, PO, or SAP Finance). + Familiarity with cloud-based integration tools and technologies. + Experience in managing large-scale SAP integration projects. **Behavioral skills:** + Strong analytical and technical skills. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **You will get:** + Competitive salary and benefits package + 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations + Training platform for all employees + Free language courses (24 languages available) + Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological) **Additional information:** + Smart working flexibility + The role requires to be in Europe About us + Syensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play.
