The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly. This role is responsible for administrating the Fleet Fuel card program for FLNA. The role includes optimizing and automating as well as score carding, financial reporting, key performance indicator report generation, and issue resolution. Your Impact As SC Transformation Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of • Optimizing processes by automating them to reduce time and standardize the work between sectors • Generating and implementing improvement ideas to increase productivity • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on the development of high impact projects • Performing, analyzing and reporting daily activities to understand trends and make suggestions to the business • Responsible for accurate record keeping of all current and past card holders • Conduct reconciliations and statement reviews and resolve any discrepancies • Responsible for daily, weekly and period reporting • Proactive tracking and alerts for discovered card usage concerns • Creation and maintenance of scorecard and dashboard reporting • Improve processes and deliver productivity for Fuel card program • Determine and define project scope and objectives and ensure technical feasibility • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project • Measure project performance using project management tools and make adjustments as needed • Lead the execution of the pipeline of projects in the "Reporting " area • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholder • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business/operations, Engineering or similar field preferred Experience • Fluent in English • Bachelor’s degree in Business/operations, Engineering or similar field preferred • Power BI, Power App or Tableau experience. • Coding experience (Python) • Database management knowledge • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with suppliers • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively • Produce/review various performance reports to drive results • Manage communications through phone, email, fax, mail, etc. • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) • Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers • Able to assist with account management duties • Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Proven working experience in project management • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills • 1-3 years of experience in project management If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
