Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
Performs various tasks to help approve and maintain accurate records for the Self-Direction Department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Assist with training of SD Specialists and self-directed staff
o Coordinate the schedules and job responsibilities of the SD Specialists
o Assist with special projects, such as expense reports, purge, and DSP evals
o Assist with eVero reports for staff related line items
o Provide mentoring to SD Specialists and feedback to supervisors on areas for development
o Assist with coverage when SD Specialists are out
o Spot checking reimbursements and staff time to ensure compliance and quality of services
o Assist to develop processes, guides, and tools to assist SD Specialists in their job responsibilities
• REIMBURSEMENT APPROVAL
o Approve reimbursement requests in compliance with self-direction rules and approved budgets
o Scan and upload paper reimbursements that are sent to the office
• STAFF RELATED DUTIES
o Review and approve service records in accordance with departmental policies.
o Assist with staff trainings/retraining’s regarding the use of eVero.
o Work with FI-Representative and staff to resolve any issues relating to these entries.
o Tracks 6-month/annual DSP evaluations. Sends link to family in eVero and notifies reps for corresponding individuals caseload
o Tracks and ensures staff complete annual trainings in Relias
o Specialists complete/maintain active list of all staff requesting additional hours that reps could access to provide information to families as needed.
• OTHER
o Assist teammates with office tasks as needed
o Sorts and distributes team mail
o Complies with all agency policies and procedures
o Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years related experience
