As a Senior Accountant in the FTEP program, you'll leverage your 4+ years of accounting-related experience to contribute to financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement in various client organizations. You'll possess a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and exhibit exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering superior service are all critical to succeeding in this role.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
+ Support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
+ Conduct variance analysis and prepare management reports.
+ Assist in budget development and financial forecasting.
+ Support external and internal audits, ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements.
+ Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy within accounting operations.
+ Contribute to special projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and technical accounting research.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.
+ 4+ years of accounting-related experience — preferably a mix of public accounting and corporate industry experience.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks).
+ Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
+ Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
+ Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple engagements in a time-sensitive environment.

The amount of Choice Time Off (CTO) received varies based on years of service and is pro-rated based on the hours worked per week.
