What You’ll Do as a Senior Accountant:
Lead Engagements: Manage a portfolio of client files, ensuring quality and deadlines are consistently met.
Support Team Growth: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Conduct File Reviews: Prepare and evaluate audit, review, compilation, and tax files for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Liaise with Clients: Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact, offering thoughtful and strategic financial insights.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with Canadian accounting standards, tax laws, and auditing practices.

What You Bring:
A CPA designation (mandatory)
5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, preferably within a small to mid-sized firm
Proficiency in ASPE and in preparing both corporate and personal tax returns
A strong ability to communicate effectively, organize priorities, and lead by example
